Programs Aren't Courses

A four-module certification course can sell from a single hero, a price box, and a list of bonuses. A program — the kind that bundles curriculum, community, mentorship, and templates — has to do more work on the page. The buyer is paying more, committing longer, and asking better questions.

If you reuse a course-style page for a program, three things happen:

The pillars of value blur into a wall of bullet points.
Your founder story competes with curriculum for the same screen real estate.
There's no native place for the value math — the very thing that justifies the price.

What a Program Sales Page Needs

After studying dozens of high-converting program pages, the same building blocks show up again and again:

A pillars grid near the top. Four to six tiles that name what's included — playbook, community, templates, mentorship — each with one short sentence. Buyers scan these before they read anything else.
A "who this is for" filter. A short list of the situations this program fits. People want permission to belong (or to leave).
Long-form narrative blocks. Image-right, image-left, centered text — the founder story, the breakthrough, the system. These need to be reorderable, because every program tells its story differently.
A value stack. Item, value, total. The math has to be visible.
A curriculum outline. Auto-pulled from the linked course when possible. Manual when not.
Two pricing CTAs at minimum. One mid-page when conviction peaks, one final close at the bottom.
A trial or guarantee band. Reduces the cost of saying yes.

The Block Repeater

The biggest lesson: every program is structurally different. A coaching program leads with the coach. A productized service leads with outcomes. A community-first program leads with the people inside.

That's why the middle of the page should be a flexible repeater — image-right, image-left, centered, value stack, testimonial, stats, inline CTA — that the admin reorders per program. Fixed slots above and below for the chrome that doesn't change.

You don't have to use every block. Most programs use four to six middle blocks. The point is the blocks are there when you need them — and you're not bending a course-shaped template into a program-shaped offer.
